Zach & Pat for that package would be the next trade inline for worse Bulls trade ever.terry wrote:?s=42

How? Zach’s value has tanked and P-Will is a career journeyman role player.
Getting two young prospects and two shooters back in a trade would be a best case scenario outside of draft capital (which AKME apparently don’t want).
I doubt the Pistons agree to this deal but this is the exact type of return we should all hope to get.

This return is crap.
Love Ausar’s defensive potential, but he’s an awful shooter perhaps worse than Dalen Terry!!
- He is shooting 14.3% from 3
Ivey is shooting 34% from 3, consistent between this year and last year.
Joe Harris is already 32, his 3p% has slipped 3 years in a row. He’s only shooting 34% this season. He played only 14 games two years ago. He has only played 15 of 48 this year. This man is racking up DNP-CDs on THE PISTONS!!!
Bojan’s a good player, but he’s going to be 35 in mid-April.
We’re going to trade our 2 best shooters for this??? Plus as skeptical as I am on Pat’s ceiling, he’s still an already solid 3/D player.
You hold. There is zero requirement to move Zach for garbage except for the one some fans made up in their heads.

Re: Zach trade thread #2
I just read that too. Wow! I guess he's not going to be traded this year.
Bad news for the Bulls. Maybe next year he'll play well and at that deadline they'll trade him?

I like PWill, but I would absolutely do this trade. That is trading about 63 million in combined salary for next year for about 35 million. It takes 3-4 years for young guys to get their legs. Ivey and Thompson still have upside.
Coby / Ivey / Carter
Caruso / Ayo / Harris
Derozan / Thompson / Terry
Bogdanovic/ Craig / Phillips
Vuc / Drummond
The Bulls get younger, more flexibility and lose next to nothing this year. I think this would be a win.

Well, glad you’re not in charge. You’ve put together a younger, worse, and very unlikely to be better version of all the problems we already have and complain incessantly about. You are actively pushing to make our horrible shooting problem much worse.
