A win for many Raptor fans would have been a one point loss, with the team developing. Secondly, the win increases the trade value for players like Bruce Brown and Gary Trent.

That's partly on coaching.

It took 5m for Billy to set the screen with Coby instead of Vuc. Toronto was trapping and the idea was to have the closest guy being the dude with cement shoes.

Only thing worse than watching the Mid 3 dominate late game usage is watching the Mid 2 do it. Make some effing trades already. I don't care what little we get back.

If that's not partly coaching to blame then I don't know what is.

We do a great job of icing Coby out of the 4th.
Coby had a shot attempt at 9:47. He didn't get to shoot again til 0:48.
9 minutes passed in the 4th of a close, winnable game without White getting a shot. And he was so cold by then he airballed it.

AKME trying to tease the fans with Mid-Playin teams is the cruelest thing. The core is bad AKME, make some move, reset. First, you need to find a big other than Vuc to start your new team. This guy should not be the core, and we're not at the point where he can be value to this team.

No Pat.
No Torrey.
No Zach.
No Zo.
Terry injured.
Vuc Vuching.
Small ball vs real big men.

Were the Bulls really supposed to win?

Man, I didn't see that coming. The Bulls have been so good at beating the meh teams. But things do happen in the NBA.

Let this non-Zach group hit bottom (as will likely happen) - then maybe the full rebuild will be forced to start. Or even AKME just admitting that they made mistakes in evaluating, trading, resigning… as a very small first step.

DeMar started isoing with just under 9 minutes left in the 4th. It went in a couple times, but the Raptors adjusted and started doubling him. But Billy or DeMar didn't really want to adjust so we just kept having him initiate the offense so he can turn the ball over, and over, and over, and over.

The obvious counter was to have someone else like Coby run the offense, but nahh.

Every loss the same group of "fans" see it as the reason we are terrible and want to tear it down. Every win is evidence of nothing.

Need to have 2 game threads. One for the Eeyores. One for the Tiggers.

No starting PG (Quickley), no starting wing (Barrett), no starting C (Poetl), no backup c (Porter, at least recently). After trading away 2 of their top 3 players (Siakam and OG). Were the Raps supposed to win?

It’s Zach’s fault!

Who is the scapegoat after he’s traded?

No Zach is addition by subtraction according to many on here…

Raptors literally had nothing but Barnes. Barrett wasn’t even playing.

I can’t see why any fan wouldn’t want to tear this down. It’s over.

Because the delusional among us refuse to see that, when it counts, this is the same team that was a laughingstock disgrace in the mid season tourney - when teams were even half serious.

Oh, they might be able to get a few wins during the regular season. But this team is going absolutely nowhere. Play in is the ceiling if everything is working and Derozan has a DeJordan hot streak again (which was the start of the end, changing his role from 2nd to 3rd option, bailout guy, to 1st option).
