Trenton Gill was 38th out of 39 in net yards per punt last year. It was actually a fairly large weakness.

Poles also hinted the depth of this draft sucks. So it’s probably a little of both those things.

Somebody "joked" earlier that after first 3 selection he dont care if Poles picks a punter at #122. Whoever you are I blame you for this.

You dont pick punter in 4th ever. You dont do it. Even if he is next coming with HoF career

Bears will likely take Kamara or Booker…

If you think our GM only goes off of RAS score then it would be no reason to watch film. Kamara is an animal on film.

If you watched the Colorado vs Colorado St rival game, then you realize how much of a terror Kamara was.

poles goes so much on RAS score that apparently he applies it to punters as well

Poles clearly does what he wants even if it’s against conventional wisdom.

Being a politician is entirely appropriate for a generational QB drafted into a major media market with huge expectations. I wasn’t suggesting otherwise. I just think some of his enthusiasm is performative. Which, again, is the name of the game.
