I remember early in the season when some people thought the Magic would fade and end up with a worse record than the Bulls.

Not only is the Vooch trade all-time bad but then they extended him

lol yup. and fools arguing that Franz wasn't a good piece and that they'd prefer the Bulls' situation. Come on, we're all Bulls fans here, doesn't mean we have to be blind homers or haters of other better, younger teams.

Long gone are the days of Coby regularly putting up lines of 20+/7/7 when he looked like a breakout star. Lately he's just been JAG. MiP my ass

He's damn near crawling to the finish line this season. This season is a wrap. Maybe they beat Atlanta but that's it.

Coby's been terrible. Last 15 games: 15 ppg on 37% shooting, 31% from 3, bad defense.
Really disappointing after a what looked like an MIP season.

Vuc was 1-9 with 8 points but somehow got 7 FTs.

He is just painful to watch. That was a rough game.

Didn't watch the game (thought it started later) and I am not asking this sarcastically, can someone explain how Coby off of an injury ended up playing this much despite the game seeming lopsided? Did they make it closer in the fourth or did Donovan err here?

I wish the Bulls had a young player as good as Wagner on the team.

Love how in his words he “feels out the game.”

Down 27-10 before he actually attempts and makes a shot. Played hot potatoe whole first quarter.

Total joke.

AK resigns DDR and I’m done. Won’t watch. Will be the same old crap.

It's fine he wasn't gonna win thus year anyway. It's a lost season. He can gun for it from the beginning of the year next year.

Kinda like how Maxey got some MIP love last year but this year he will get it.

It's kind of unreal how bad his numbers are.

And guess what:

He's playing more minutes per game than in his entire career!

My favorite part about the Magic is seeing Moritz Wagner (their backup C) outscoring or matching Vuc’s production in half the minutes. Tonight being no exception.

AK is out of his mind if he keeps Vuc another year. He sets a terrible defeatist attitude for this crap roster.

I don’t expect many changes. I’m just surprised Reinsdorf is OK with a 5th sub-500 season in a row, led by Demar, Vuc and a bunch of MLE players due pay raises.

Well I’m pretty old but there’s this thing I remember from back in the olden days of watching Bulls basketball….i think it’s called a “Power Forward?” ? There was a dude with goggles and another guy with rainbow hair. They seemed useful at the time, but what do I know? The Bulls FO makes a lot more money than me, so clearly they know more about this stuff.

I wouldn't say All-time bad. Orlando got some good pieces from us but not great ones. Brooklyn trade that got Boston Tatum/Brown was 10x worse.

But yea still a bad trade nonetheless. Even at the time I felt like 1 pick was enough. The 2nd FRP was overkill. Especially since the 1st one was a top 10 pick. They couldn't put some provision in there that if the 2021 pick was lotto then were square? And if non-lotto THEN they get the 2023?

We are playing against a pretty healthy team, and despite being a playoff team, this came is pivotal in terms of seeding, so this game means more to them than to us. But also, when you factor in how inconsistent we are, and how many players we are missing, key players, I'm surprised that this game wasn't lost in the first quarter if I'm honest and we are still making it a game somehow.

One thing this team has shown despite it's massive flaws, mostly due to the incompetence of this front office, is that the players on this roster has a lot of resilience. It's just a shame that it's wasted on such a poorly put together roster.

When you look at Philly for example this had embiid out they lost a lot of games. you know 1 starter.
Not 3. In the end they have done great to get where they have but still need a shake up just to get a PF at least

I think the Bulls are safely in the no. 9 spot for the play-in judging by the games remaining between the Hawks and Bulls.

Bulls (37-41):
vs Knicks, @Pistons, @Wizards and @Knicks

Hawks(36-42):
vs Heat, vs Hornets, @T-Wolves and @Pacers

Bulls also own the tie breaker.

Jerry is going to get at least another home game to line his pockets.

A very successful season for Jerry.
