But I am willing to trade Deng for a decent Center.

Trading Deng for a decent anything would be a mistake.

Deng is a very good SF. Your complaints about him not demanding the ball or being a superstar are silly if you are willing to trade him for a player who you would never even consider to have superstar potential or be a goto guy.

I would rather trade Hinrich to be honest.

We all knew that Bogut was the #1 pick in an awful draft...

I sure as hell would prefer him over Wallace, and I bet that Milwaukee would NOT trade Bogut for Deng... but Luol is a tad more valuable in my book.

Now how do we get Michael Redd please?

Just because he was a #1 pick doesn't make him equal value for Deng. Hell...adding Bogut for nothing at all doesn't make the Bulls appreciably better IMO.

Ok, I'll tell Paxson not to do it

Of course Bogut is MEH, adding him for nothing will not improve the Bulls in any shape or form. What we need is a long, quick, athletic with a 38 inch vertical PERSON. Then let's teach him the game of basketball which he may or may not have the mental capacity or willingness to learn. The coaching staff can teach him what a pick and roll is or a split line on defense, etc.

Bogut is Aaron Gray on Steriods.

If they give us Bogut for Deng...I do that trade in a heart beat. Bogut is athletic runs the court for a big man, can pass, and shoot. Wow....sign me up...I'd give up Noah and Deng for Bogut.

count me in ...

Guys who say they would do this deal just don't know anything about Bogut.

He's disappointed Bucks fans immensely. He hasn't improved anything at all since coming into the league except for his shotblocking.

People might feel that Deng is overrated on this Bulls board, but I still say he has much, much more value then Bogut. He's average/above average defensively, and below average offensively. Only thing he really has going for him is his passing. He's 2+ years removed of being a #1 overall pick and is putting up 12/8/2 for a 12-20 team.

He's decent, but giving up the player with arguably the most value of any of our players is just dumb.

I say Noah can be better then Bogut in the not so distant future. More athletic, also a good passer, better defender..

Edit: he shoots 53% from the line, too. Not much better then Wallace who is around 50% for the season.

Well he is. There's a reason Bucks fans are terming him a defensive center, and it's not because he's a well rounded all-encompassing defensive player. It's because his offense is far crapper than advertised.

i think its more to do with the fact that Bogurt is on a team with offensive minded players like Redd WIlliams Bell Villenuva Mason and Simmons

Thus why Andrew doesnt see much of the ball.

I'm not saying Bogurt is going to be a monster but he's definately way better than what you are saying

That being said no way would I trade Deng for him. Nocioni i would
but not deng
Bring back Nocioni!!!

Personally, I like Bogut. But at no point in his career will he even be as good as Luol Deng is right now. Pass.

I wouldn't trade Deng for Bogut, but how about a Thomas/Krapper for Bogut trade?
