I was sure the Bulls were going to let that lead go. Brunson is a master at drawing fouls. We were doubly lucky with the Knicks being on a B2B (which I was at and Thibs did us the favor of playing his guys down to the last minute despite being up by almost 20) and Hart fouling out.

Javante was absolute gold

Drummond held his own in the paint

Demar was Demar-like

Vuc made his 3's

Dalen looked like an NBA player (except his outside shooting)

Get well Coby!

Jevonte 25 pts ! wtf ! Big game from him including a pretty nice dunk !

Demar 24 pts 10 assists, Ayo 24 pts Drummond 10 pts 16 rebounds and Vuc 16 pts and 10 rebounds all did their part.

Always feels good to beat the Knicks. We have them another 2x, beat them again and again !

Hopefully Coby and Caruso don’t miss much time.

What happened to Coby?

It’s a shame this team started off the season as it did. I think they are a genuine top 6ish team in the East and consistently beat teams above them in the standings.

Best I've ever seen Ayo play.

Javonte is so underrated.

Not sure he left the game all of a sudden like he needed to take a dump but never returned.

You can tell me that Javonte isn't the best PF on the roster, but I won't believe you. I mean, I know he's not actually a PF, but since he plays like one, he is.

Javonte Green just injects energy into the team whether they want it or not. Crazy that he was the teams leading scorer.

Ayo with another great game, who said he couldn't play PG?

Hope Coby is OK.

I think the Knicks were a bit tired, they played the day before, and we all know how many minutes Thibs likes to play his starters. But a gutsy win by the Bulls.

The Knicks were trash. That said, the Bulls brought it. Play like that and you will win a whole lot of NBA games.

I'm confused, didn't he get picked up by GSW? And why did the FO ever let him go?

I am traveling and didn't get to see the game... figures.

From the sound of it, Javonte showing just how egregious the Bulls not picking up someone to give quality minutes at the 4 was.

Ball, LaVine, Williams, Phillips - out

During the game we lose Coby and Caruso.

But we recently signed 5 Javonte's so we still had enough depth and the Bulls beat the Knicks.

Yes Knicks were on the second night of a back to back and had to travel, but still an impressive victory for Chicago due to their injuries.

Also White and Caruso left with injury and Carter still got a DNP - that's pretty rough for him.

Was great seeing Dosunmu step up, we needed him to be aggressive and he was.

Up next are the Magic who just lost to Charlotte.

in the second quarter Ayo had a real nice back-step/side-step off the dribble 3 - if that becomes part of his game - whooo boy

It almost followed the pattern beat the good teams and lose to the lottery to beat the Knicks. I guess the surprise was that they could do it with Coby and AC going down. That's why on paper it looks like the Bulls could even win out the rest of the season, until you look back at the last month and common sense says the games are played on the floor and the Bulls would do well to split the rest of the year.

Josh Hart looked a lot like Grayson 'cheap shot' Allen deliberately kicking out like that.

Before people start nominating Javonte for MVP for the game of his career, let's remember 29 other teams passed on adding the obvious energy he brings, this was the best game of his career and he doesn't figure to repeat it too soon.

It terrifies me when Javonte Green plays well. Thats how confused and psychologically broken I am as a fan at this point. Phase I is complete.

Next step for AK is to rebuild my psyche in a way that I get excited about, and even appreciative of, the tripe he serves. It’s like AK is Jim Jones and I’m a lonely misunderstood outcast whose parents never paid any attention to me. Soon I’ll be his biggest fan.

That looked so clean. I think it’s here to stay and he has more moves like that coming.

Ayo had 4 buckets lastnight that were not 3s or layups. He’s starting to expand his bag.

I am convinced Ayo can put up a highly efficient 20ppg. As soon as next season.
