Would you trade Hinrich for Jamal Crawford?

If Kirk Hinrich reads this board, this thread will make him weep.

We're sorry Kirk.

Please be clutcher.

You've been on fire lately. I especially liked your post about the pork burger, even though I myself do not eat the stuff.

(2007-08) 22.4 PPG 3.5 RPG 5.5 APG 3.3 TO/G 40.0%FG 31.9 3Pt%

Once again, per40 (or per48, in this case) stats prove remarkably consistent over time, for those who question their utility.

All I can say is that you'd better not be including me in that contingent simply b/c I've advocated getting Curry for a limited role in exchange for Wallace's contract. Or I'll get BROD1E86 to turn his dull, rusty knives on you. ;-)

Yes it's time to think outside the box but you aren't doing it.

A. Crawford hates Chicago
B. Crawford D is still bad
C. Crawford is not a clutch shooter, he is a SG, so how does this benefit us?
D. If we trade Hinrich, it's for a superstar. You do not trade someone because he on a slump. Reflect last years stats, that is Hinrich near max.
E. Crawford is drama, nothing more.
F. Crawford does not build chemistry within a team, he is not a team leader nor is unselfish on the floor.

Answer = T Rex here doesnt know what he is talking about.

I see, whining increases the credit given to my posts.

But again, my ego is as fragile as Ben Wallace's. I'm going to need continued callouts regardless of the quality of my posts. Based on my history I'm only one or two more posts from about 5,500 consecutive meaningless and uninteresting ones in a row. Don't let that stop you from giving me public credit or I'll throw a fit.

no.

I gotta hope this is just a rough patch for Kirk.

I would like someone else on this team, though, who was a heartless gunner. JC would satisfy that...

I would never do this trade, its awful. Hinrich will get better as the season goes on and Crawford is a chucker.

Since I said many, many, many times that I agreed with your thoughts, then no. But that trade wasn't about overrating Knick talent, it was about dumping Wallace.

Kirk is playing pretty uninspiring lately, but still not in a million years.

What is Jamal Crawford's NBA record in his career, like 140-400 or something like that!

I've seen a lot better offers get blasted a lot worse.

No thanks, on our list of problems, 'player to hit rare last second, halfcourt shots who only performs against Seattle' is towards the bottom

EDIT: That's going to be rough when Seattle is out of the league. But seriously, I actually like Crawford, but straight up for Hinrich, come on...

Side note, anyone see the highlights of the Knicks trying to avoid a backcourt violation tonight? Good stuff
