Woah the Sky are beating up Brittney Griner's Mercury at half, 56-32. Della Donne has 16 points. I don't watch the WNBA but like Lewnilli just said, Della Donne is fun to watch. I'd love if Chicago had a dominant team even if it was in a women's league. Their starting 5 looks pretty talented on paper. Some names you all have probably heard at some point.

Fowles is probably one of the few women in the league who can limit Griner's effectiveness just because her size can match Griner's on both ends of the floor #newWNBAexpertPoseyH8er

I thought I'd make a thread cause I believe we'll be a good team. Also in part because I feel that the WNBA is overlooked & disregarded(for example Collins coming out & it being a big deal despite a 19 year old Griner coming out in the same sport).

Plus Donne is awesome, I'm a huge supporter of better rights for those with mental/physical disabilities. I think she's amazing for her back story.

Hopefully this team will be great, Mods if you want to you can lock it but I thought it'd be worth making.

The game today was amazing! DD did her thing. She is a very smart and fearless player. The Sky team this season seems to be a very good offensive team with lots of options offensively. Delle Donne and Epiphany Prince are two good scorers. If today's game is a sample of what this season is going to be like, the Sky is gonna be one of the best teams in the league this season.

Delle Donne actually looked fun to watch. I might watch some WNBA games because of her because she has actual skill and is pretty attractive as well.

That Griner dunk with two minutes left made me laugh. It was impressive, but so completely meaningless.
