It seems most of their games are on WCIU-2, whatever station that is. A couple are on WCIU and NBA TV. If the Sky really wanted to boost their brand they should have games on CSN, though cost may be an issue. But I mean with DD it makes more sense than fishing or poker... but summer is usually filled with the Cubs/Sox at night. Hell, maybe Cubs day baseball game replays at night draw more viewers than the Sky would, I honestly don't know.

I'll probalby start watching it because she's playing here. She looks like a she's going to be a very good pro 22/8 here first game is pretty good

I'm glad the Sky picked EDD over Diggins. Yeah, Diggins has the more recognizable face and name, but she is going to struggle to get her shot off because of her size.

I just saw the report of this post (thanks to the person who reported it; that helps us to moderate the board) and have edited it out. Spimothy Leary has been a fine member of the board for a long while, and no one who's earned a place here gets banned over a single comment. But it was way out of line, and it can't happen again. ESPN forums, maybe, but not here.

She beasted in the first half (7-10fg) but fell off in the second as the Sky started demolishing em.

She's the real deal.

Sky got the best starting 5 in the league and should make the off this season.

I see the Sky scored 102 points yesterday. I wish the Bulls offense could put up 39 points in a quarter.

The Sky actually looks like a playoff team for once.

Yea she did. And as far as what the guys might say about her efficiency, those people that would tend to complain about that are those that merely look at the box score. So, irrelevant imo. Because if you watched the game, she was 9-16 going into the 4th, when the Sky was up by 20+. Those missed shots in the 4th didn't matter, at all. Actually thought she got fouled by Griner a couple times in the 4th with no call.

Home opener is on Saturday if my memory serves me correct. Thinking about going.

Sucks that Epiphanny Prince will be going away soon, but she'll be back.

Home opener is Friday against Conn then they play Skyler on the 2nd. WCIU-2 is airing a lot of their games. It's ch 248 if u have comcast & live in NW Indiana. If not check the guide for the UTOO channel.

She's fun to watch, so much variety in her game. Seems to have every type of shot, inventive with the ball, moves great without it. An athletic 6' 8" male with those skills would be an NBA superstar.

I find myself annoyed by the overemphasis of Griner's dunks. That 2nd one she did, when her team was losing by 20 points, was ridiculous. I understand it's for the fans, but the extra stuff wasn't necessary. Had that been JaVale McGee dunking like that when his team was getting blown out, he'd be the butt of jokes. Matter fact, he was clowned. Remember when he needed one point to get a triple double against the Bulls? He tried several times to get to double digits but failed miserably, until a late dunk, then pretty much did the exact same kind of dunk that Griner did (including the pulling up on the rim), and the NBAtv guys clowned him.
