Our three starting guards went 9-37 and the post-game goat is the guy who went 12-23. Funny that.

I wouldn't be surprised if next year the Bulls basically have the same roster and go for the play-in for the third year in a row. Exciting!

Of course they will. They'll lock up DDR on a 3 year deal and bring Zach back will (which will be like signing a big-time free agent in their eyes, same with Pat).
Go Bulls... I guess!? Right!?

I could see Zach traded at the deadline, but I have no idea if that means the Bulls will get anything of value for him.

Will they be able to retain Drummond? I hope so, but wouldn't be surprised if the backup C next year is a rookie.

Didn't watch but I think we've all seen this type of loss enough times. This is continuity. Some guys are good, but overall the ceiling is just about the floor. 32-42 wins, congrats AKME!

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

Coby, Ayo, and Caruso combined for 22 points on 8-37 shooting. We just don't have enough NBA players to survive that kind of bad shooting night.

Vooch was terrible overall, but he did go 11-16 from 2. I'd argue they should've abandoned the 3 completely after starting 1-20 and exclusively gone to him and Drummond inside.

Last year the Bulls won 40 games. Will they win the same amount or better this year?

They've played 58 games so far and won 27. There are 24 more games to go. In order to reach 40 wins they'll need to go 13-11 the rest of the way.

No, but there will be lots of excuses. Losing Zach is supposedly a net positive so I don’t want to see that one.

If Coby/Ayo are not making threes, it's a wrap.

Bitim was signed for no reason.

I won't remember whether the Bulls won or lost this game, I won't remember who they played against, but I will remember this:

No team does. NBA squads average 115 points per game on 89 shots. So, to reach just the average position the rest of the Bulls would have had to score 93 points on 52 shots. Not going to happen.

The good news for the Bulls, such as it is, is that the team has 3 games against the Wiz remaining.

We are in the early stages of a run of lots more losses than wins. In fairness to the current roster, look at who we are playing. The injury situation really is ridiculous.

Season was effectively over when it started, but it’s definitely over now.
