Nothing wrong with Javonte though. The team is often short on energy.

Javonte brings it.

Agree I like Javonte. Just making fun of AK’s ridiculous roster construction.

I like him. I just wish he had a better jumpshot.

Billy Donovan: Peter, this is Javonte Green. Javonte, this is the guy I was telling you about, Coach Peter Patton. Good luck, fellas.

It's just a 10-day, so it'd probably not really going to happen. But I would like to see what music they could make together given some time.

That was always Jevontes problem which is why he wasn’t resigned last offseason .That and he’s undersized at the position he was used but mostly the shooting, bulls wanted to replace him and DJJ with better shooters. Also that injury he had last year did slow him down a bit but hopefully he’s recovered from that.

I think he can still help though for the rest of the season with his high energy and toughness especially now that the team is shorthanded.

FWIW I heard from a very good friend of his that Javonte told him he was re-signing this past summer, and then he never did. I wonder if the knee was worse than anticipated, because there should be some room for him in the league otherwise.

That is a great question. Taylor?
I think it's a Hardship signing, so I don't believe we need to waive anyone.

What a joke of a FO. They really think they won a title in 2021 and need to keep the team together like GS.
Team's biggest problems is size at PF...they get a 6' 4" PF. Next time we lose because we didn't have the size to stop G-league big men like Jock Landale, we'll at least have another 6' 4" guy on the roster.

I agree. All I can think of is that they want to let Caruso take off a few games and get healthy for the playin.

Ha. Of course we did. He was the only severely undersized non-shooting power forward left on the market.

The casual “heart and hustle” fans will gobble this up. This a signing to drum up fan interest by bringing back a much beloved team mascot type player, not a basketball move.

He wants it more. Pat is more gifted.

Javonte is more athletic and explosive and of course is miles ahead in terms of motor and hustle. Pat is a better shooter and has better size.

I disagree. This is simply a depth signing for someone who knows the system and can be inserted into the rotation at short notice for the final stages of the season.

Plausible. Still dumb. This FO doesn’t believe in adding things it doesn’t already have. I’ve never seen anything like it.

If only Pat had Javonte’s motor he could be a great player.

respectfully, I don't think it matters who they sign. this team is doomed. might as well sign a guy we all like.
but yeah the FO is a joke but at least this time they've told me a joke i actually enjoyed. not funny enough that i'll be purchasing the pay-per-view special unfortunately. does pay-per-view still exist?

Was there a move you think they could've done this late in the season?
