I don't know that any game qualifies as a big game for the Bulls, but to the extent anything does, this is the biggest regular season game left this year.

If the Hawks end up 9th and we're 10th, does that mean anything? Is it HCA for the play-in?
Neither team is really in any danger of dropping down to 11th.

Yeah, just HCA for the play-in.

We own the tiebreak with Atlanta even if we lose this game. So a loss still has us with HCA, but we'd then be tied in the loss column.

That’s my take. Either way we have to beat Atlanta, and then beat Miami or Philly twice… just to have the privilege of getting whooped by the Celtics.

Regardless I actually enjoy the play-in, from the angle of having NBA guys play a 1-and-done elimination game. Like last year, I’m probably going to be entertained more than moved by what happens. A loss is a minor boost in lottery standings? A win before inevitable elimination is a 1-night high.

I entirely don’t expect any rhyme or reason to the Bulls next 6 games. HCA against Atlanta really doesn’t matter.

big picture - sure, doesn't matter

small picture - would love to see guys like Coby and Ayo have big nights.

Let's see our young guys, in a big game, carry us.

Hoping the UC is rocking tonight.

Watch the first half of two meh NBA teams playing out their seasons, or the second half of the rematch of last year's NCAAW Finals, with a 45-45 score at halftime and the stars of each team lighting it up?

Ummm ... yeah. Catch you guys in an hour or so.

Same - plus I married an Iowa alum, so yeah - Bulls aren't getting the priority tonight

Why suddenly this lineup?

Vuc, Dalen, Caruso is already bad news.

Women's college basketball is better entertainment than watching this team.

Bulls getting killed by a spot up 3 shooter nobody has heard of. Sounds about right for Bulls basketball.

Getting their ass kicked on their home court in an important game they absolutely should be winning.

Oh... and Bulls still the dumbest team in the NBA. Billy still sucks.

Billy's such an idiot for not playing Drummond, who was dominating the Hawks, more. Vuc has had a pretty meh game yet has played twice the minutes. It's just bizarre.

Why aren’t these guys always in Chicago ? Why let them rehab and hang out in their homes while paying them millions ? That wouldn’t sit right me if I was the one paying them.

Return to Chicago Bulls
