Derrick Rose might be faster than fire. Think about it. Has Derrick Rose ever even been on fire? Makes you think.

Tyrus Thomas is proof that there is a god, and that he is Tyrus Thomas.

Joakim Noah would make an awesome janitor, because he makes messes disappear, and he looks creepy while not actually being so.

Andres Nocioni would make a good janitor, because he certainly isn't a good basketball player.

I'm shocked that TNT would let these two morons on the air. Half the time I can't understand one word they're muttering.

Norm Van Lier is upset that he wasn't invited to the ceremony.

Noah and Thomas played the most for us tonight. They're def being showcased. I've said all along if we don't land Amare we need to keep Thomas and Noah.

Thomas played great and been playing great so has Noah but it still doesn't change my Amare stance

Yup  Wallace had all hand with that block but it worked out better in the end, 4 point play!

Diss Nocioni all you want but he sunk those two FT's that ended the game . For those of you who havent played organized basketball that is the hardest thing to do besides hit the game winning shot .Much props !

Most of you folks think I'm crazy, but I'm telling you - the thing you've been waiting to occur for the last two and a half years is happening. Tyrus is getting it. I have never been against getting Amare - just not for Thomas. Hell, I'd fly up to Chicago, rent a rainbow microbus and personally drive Hinrich/Deng/Noce/Gooden and a pick to pheonix for the guy. I'd be curious to know over each players last 10 games what their PER is (between Thomas and Amare).

Thomas and Noah aren't the problem with this team.

Helluva game tonight. Good win. Now kick the Heats' ass!

Yea, I have been on the not trade Ty bandwagon for a while. the fact that the suns want kirk makes me think we can swing kirk in the trade with thabo and gooden instead of tyrus. give them an extra pick. i think we would have an amazing team.

what r they saying?

Cwebb said he's rookie of the year but a baby for taking that shot like that. Then Payton chimes in with NO HE'S NOT!! NO HE'S NOT!!!! Mayo blah blah. And CWebb was acting like he was crying for about 3 minutes with Payton exploding in laughter. Very uncalled for.

We have been playing a good stretch of competitive and entertaining basketball.

I hope the allstar break does not interfere with the rhythm of our good play.
A plea for post scoring is a plausible Bulls plan, but plainly isn't a priority. In response to a post player's dismay about his lack of points in the paint, Paxson said.... "I'm not nearly as concerned about the offensive stuff as he is."

at least once a week, norm goes off on a generic tirade about how players in his day made no money and were all about the "passion" and "fire". he's an bitter dude.

With him not getting jerked around with minutes I think Tyrus is starting to really starting to really feel a part of the team and is now showing some pride in his play on the court. A couple more years and he could be a monster in this league on a nightly basis... if not sooner.

I don't know what or why. Tyrus has certainly played better. Before I was arguing, and still believe, he wasn't playing great, just better than he had been. That being said, his trajectory is certainly is way up. If he *averaged* what he has done the last two games, he would be an elite player.

Last 2:
22.5p 11.0r 2.5a 50.0% FG 61.1%ts

Obviously, in order to average that, he needs to do better than that pretty regularly.

If we don't land Amare and Gooden isn't traded, release him.

I want Noah/Tyrus here playing full time. F' Gooden and his ugly ass beard
