Wow, RIP Pat. You’re right, she was easily the most positive person that ever posted on this board even during some nasty arguments.

My condolences to Pat's friends and family. What I liked most about Pat's positivity and general outlook was how true she remained to herself in the middle of some pretty contentious brouhahas around here. She really made an effort to see the best in everyone and to see their point of view, which is a really wonderful quality that too often is in a pretty short supply, not just in our little world here but in the big real world, too.

I hope she's at peace.
On indefinite hiatus as of May 27, 2014.

Being a newer poster I did not get the oppourtunity to see her post much but from what I saw she was definately an upbeat poster who deserved everyone's respect. RIP Pat

But this time he did it 5-10 lbs lighter, so in theory, it was quicker.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

Pat, you never lived in a glass house.

(She'd strongly disagree with that statement, but understand that its a compliment.)

pdenninggolden: I only remember the username and often wondered why the poster did'nt post more.

I had no idea that the poster was a she and that she was battling chronic pain. You would never know that from her posts.

:-(

I am terribly sad.

Awful news.

I remember her as a Gordonite soldier till the end, though I don't remember her being particularly assaholic to anyone.

Rest in Peace.

Rest in peace, Patricia.

A sad loss to the Chicago Bulls realgm family- you will be missed. This news has saddened me. I know you are in a better place now and without pain. God bless you and your family.

Amen to that.

I never really interacted with her on the board, but after reading her posts, I was usually in awe of her upbeat attitude. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. She will be missed.

It's unfortunate anytime a long term poster who is insightful and pleasant drops off regardless of the reason. When it happens like this, not much more needs to be said that hasn't been said already. Enjoyed her work and I too hope she has found some peace.
