Another reason I really hope we can move Deng + Tyrus out for a PF this season (Boozer, Amare) it doesn't matter.

He says he is about 85% but IMO he's talking about being ready conditioning wise not injury wise because he says he's practicing full speed. He said he won't be playing too many minutes in the preseason.

I know what they and Gar (Baghdad Bob) have said - but saying it dont make it so. I personally believe that Deng can play - but I dont believe the 100% line

My guess it's the opposite. My guess is that he is healthy, but because of the inactivity, it's his conditioning that will come to him last, as well as his confidence to fully utilize his entire body with what's it's truly capable of.

I'm sure many other posters have mentioned this previously, but when someone has a serious injury or has a numerous amount of injuries in the past, one of the biggest hurdles is mental and being able to go full throttle without the previous injury being at the back of their mind, or favoring a certain leg or hand or what not, which may put even greater injury on that particular limp causing a greater chance of that part of the body to get injured.

I really hope he'll be fine, because he seems like such a great guy, with great worth ethic and quite frankly as devoted Bulls fans we deserve a 100% Deng also.

I'm saying the same thing.... It's not the injury but conditioning

Sorry I had to bump this......

Everyone went crazy that Deng missed a practice but he played in the game where Kirk, Miller and Pargo did not. Does everyone see why the people who were saying no biggie, were saying it.

It's preseason and the goal is to play it safe
