We need to go on a nice winning streak and put a few games between us and the twins. We hit a soft spot in the schedule with KC, SEA & Oak coming up. The end of the month we will get to see how we are stacking up against the other playoff contenders Rays & Sox. Looks like we are going to be fighting with the twins the rest of the way unless somebody really gets hot. It will be interesting to see if Kenny can find us another decent pitcher for the playoffs. Its good to be in first and were almost half way through Aug.

Went to the game on Sunday against the Rays. Really surprised with the White Sox. The Rays were real scrappy all game, Rocco B put them up right away 2-0 and the White Sox fought back. Fishy call on A.J. Great clutch hit by the 9th hitter, The Missile.

Buerhle was... the same as he always is, or at least this year. Rocky, never settled down and gave it up third time through the order. I'm shocked at how inconsistent he has been all year.
