There's nothing to it. They're both competitive players.

I think Deshawn is a dead mans version of LeBron James..

Personally, I think the Wizards are just tired of getting curb stomped by the Cavs... We've kinda owned them for the last couple of years..

Yeah the Wiz were a little chippy tonight. Their whole team was running their mouths out there.

Little Brother Syndrome.

Wiz get hyped up to play the Cavs since Cleveland ended their season 2 straight times.

If this was a playoff game and Lebron hadn't played 46 minutes the night before, he would have torn the Wiz up like he always does.

I assume Stevenson is just trying to get some publicity. Can't blame him. After his showing in last season's playoffs (19%? That's 2x as bad as Larry Hughes!), I'd be trying to put myself back on the radar too.

Stevenson was on the RealGM Hoops show and very clearly stated that

"Lebron is OVERRATED!!!"

You can take that for what it's worth

I don't even know if LBJ should even bother with it to be honest.. It's one thing for a star to say something, but when someone who does what you do, but isn't even on your level is saying something, perhaps it should go in one ear and out the other..

Stevenson is beneath THE KING...

Hell, the Wiz can barely find an answer for D-Jones, much less LBJ..

Whats funny to me is that you can say with a straight face that LeBron is overrated but you need 2 people to help you guard him.

You found an answer for what? C'mon LeBron is not going to miss multiple layups in a game and you still only won because he was so tired that he bailed you out with a 3 pointer. Give me a break.

Yeah, I could understand if it were actually punk juice that were talking. He's that teams best player.

Stevenson's just being smart. If he can get under LBJ's skin even at all, than it's worth it. LeBron is Cleveland's best player by leaps and bounds. On a healthy Wiz squad, Stevenson is the 5th most important stater, and the 6th or 7th most talented player. If he can get an ounce of Lebron's focus off the task at hand, he's done his job.

Wiz believe that when healthy, they're the better team. While they certainly don't have a player as great as Lebron (does anyone aside of the Lakers?), I like their talent and depth more than Cleveland's too. We'll just have to see come playoff time.

Healthy or not the Wiz have never proven that they can beat the Cavs. Close games but they invariably lose them. I have no idea why they'd actually feel that they are better. Sure you guys are missing Arenas but but the real mismatch other than LeBron is on the front line.

The good that can come out of this is LeBron is going to carry a personal vendetta against Stevenson, so hopefully he sticks with the Wizards. Remember Pierce's spitting incident and how LeBron always plays his ass off against Boston (10 straight games of over 30 ppg). Hopefully he goes off everytime we play the Wiz' now :)

LOL, I want LeBron to beat them with another travelling game winner so they can cry for it for another 3 more years. Sad that there's no way we can meet them in this years playoffs.

^^That scrub has just killed WIZ's little hopes to beat the CAVS in next 2 years. Sorry scrub, LeBron is going to drop 60 on you just because of your dumbness.

Here is to hoping since Bosh is out, that the Wiz leap frog my team the Raps and we get to see a Cleveland vs Washington first round. Lebron can then average 35, 8, 8 in blowing out the Wiz. Everybody clap your hands......
