I guess with two outs and the bottom of the order up, you might not get a better chance to score than that, especially since everyone is running on contact. It wasn't wise, but it probably wasn't as bad as it looked in terms of playing the percentages.
They got a bit of a gift with the second walk IMO. It looked like it was going to be out of the zone until the very last moment, and those are hard for umps to call.
