I see a headline that Gary Sheffield doesn't watch baseball anymore. Wow , didn't and won't read article. Coming from a guy who tanked his way out of Milwaukee. Probably my most disliked player of all time.

Can he still play 1b? Should the brewers take him if he clears waivers?

White Sox are the favorites
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Oakland maybe losing all 3 pro teams in about a 5 year span unless this harbor plan works. Vegas A's?

Vegas can build stadiums fast, there is never a hold up to get financing like in most cities.

Surprised they haven't been the victims of no-hitters more often

I was joking last night that the juiced ball and the lowered mound will be in effect next year if the Brewers get a no hitter.

I'm one of the most casual baseball fans around, and even I'm like "How the **** do you not know to just step on 1st base there?"

And even after **** that up, he still could've tagged Javy before the guy scored. Obviously he must've thought there was 1 out.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't even think he had to tag him before the runner scored. I believe that run only counts if he makes to first without making an an out. No different than if a guy on 3rd crossed the plate before a guy is thrown out at 1st on a routine ground ball 3rd out.

It was probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen on a big league field.

You're absolutely correct... if they got Javy out after the runner crossed home plate, the run still doesn't count. This play was just pure idiocy.

Not to **** on a Wisconsin kid, but I do love me some schadenfreude, particularly when it's a young kid who think he's god's gift and they fails miserably. It's not that I think he's a bad prospect or won't turn out to be a stud (look at Vladdy Jr when he came up vs what he's doing now), but getting knocked down can be enjoyable to watch.

Anyway, hope Keston probably needs a whole season in AAA to figure his **** out.
