Brewers/Indians Series

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Sep 9, 2021 12:41 pm

Friday - 6:10 - Houser vs. Morgan
Saturday - 5:10 - Burnes vs. Plesac
Sunday - 12:10 - Woodruff vs. Allen
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Today's win has set a new Brewers franchise record of 32 games over .500, breaking the previous 1982 record.

Magic number is now 9

Brewers have won 68% of their games since they were 24-25. I saw an internet pundit had us beating the White Sox in the WS, so some people have taken notice.

Anyone think moving Urias back to 3b and Escobar to SS would be a good idea?

Willy Adames plays shortstop.

I see Urias being the full time 2b moving forward. Plus, as mentioned, Adames is at SS

If Urias is the guy he has been since the move to third, seems like he has enough pop in his bat and is good enough defensively to stick there.

Him at SS is pretty gross in general.

I would love to find a way to bring Escobar back and to somehow get Bradley Jr off this team.

He doesn't have the volume of innings, but Burnes is having a season we haven't seen in MLB since '99 Pedro.
