I believe the offense is legit. I have zero confidence in the pitching.

With the injuries, yeah. And of course there will be injuries during the season - but if they're good - this can be 2018 where they Miso comes up and is the playoff flamethrower and they can make a trade to bullpen the playoffs. Williams should be back as well.

Its classic Brewers though that the offense appears back but now the pitching is a question mark. Feel like its always been 1 or the other.

Joe Ross was just interviewed on MLB Central. Seems super likable and hope he can stay healthy.

In the interview it was raining whole time so not sure if game gets in today.

Great start to season though. Hope to keep it rolling!

I feel like it depends on Yelich. If he's truly back with power, you have two absolute studs in him and Contreras. Then you could easily add a third very quickly in Chourio. The rest of the lineup has speed, good contact, and really not a lot of glaring holes if Turang's improvement is legit. You could probably upgrade Bauers somewhat, maybe Black helps there later in the season.

I still feel like the bullpen will be elite once they get Devin back and potentially add Miso (although that's looking more like 2025 now). The rotation has a ton of question marks, hopefully we see both Ashby and Gasser in there by mid-season.

I think the Bauers upgrade will come from Mitchell coming back healthy and effective - that way Yelich/Hoskins can take on more of the DH/1B duties respectively instead.

If they do upgrade from Bauers, I really hope it doesn't mean more Hoskins at first. He's an absolute butcher on the field.
