So I just get done saying they don't score for Ben and then they go putting up 11 runs in two innings. Maybe I will have to say that for all of Sheets' starts.

Bring out the brooms, boys. We have a major pitching advantage with Cappy versus 0-4, 5.73 ERA Reyes.

Cubs/Pirates in a rain delay Cubs ahead. But if it gets rained out Pirates will win because it reverts back to the last full inning, Cubs scored 4 in the top of the 7th. If the Pirates end up losing, we go up 4.5 in the division.

Jenkins with a big exclamation point. HR to the deepest part of centerfield. I think its time everyone starts giving Geoff some major credit. He's a notoriously slow starter who is batting around .350.

best hitting display of the year...again its hard to say what to take out of this series, but if they're going to get the bats going this well it really doesn't much matter who we play.

Really? I thought it was just where they stopped.

Coming into tonight Cousanino had an OPS of .595. Brutal. Please bring Braun up.

Why do they need to bring Braun up right now? The team is hitting the ball well and that is allowing them to not have to rush Braun up to the majors. Let him stay at AAA for a little while and work on his defense. Also saves the Brewers from using up his service time.
