Pitching can't get any better than kershaw and Grenike rite?

Arrieta is nasty, Lester ain't as nasty as he use to be. And the rest are just solid pitchers. I expect the dormant bats of wright and Duda to wake up soon

Shea is the first stadium I ever went to. Happy for NYM and made it even sweeter watching the dodgers get bounced.

Actually, the rest of their rotation - Jason Hamel and Kyle Kendrick - are mediocre at best. But they do have a good BP, their line up is obviously better than the Dodgers (and maybe better than the Mets?) and their manager is way better than Mattingly (sorry Yankee fans).

It was! But I forgot how miserable a close deciding game could make me. I swear I thought Utley's fly ball was a HR (or at least a rapper) when it came off his bat. Ugh.

Mets staff will make the Cubs offense look foolish, Harvey game 1 Syndergaard game 2, They will go up 2-0 and win it in 5 or 6, loser yankeee fans rooting against the mets because their team is irrelevant i love it :lol:

I was born and raised in northern Illinois, still live there, and never even been to New York (finally going next year). But, I've been a Mets fan for 30 years and to this day, I wear a Tim f'ing Teufel jersey, # 11. So, yeah ... being that I'm also a life-long Packers and Bucks fan, the locals are REALLY gonna hate me this week. Oh well. Piss off, Chicago.
