Mike Scioscia goes to his bullpen just as much if not more than Torre,but no one complaints because his bullpen always deliver.

I dont believe that it is possible to get burn out after just one month. Some of the guys just suck, like fransworth and vizciano. Others, like proctor and mo are just going through a little slump.

Look at these relievers that have pitched as much as proctor,but better era. I can probably find a lot more.I looked just the first page.
