I wonder if they bring back Robertson. I hope they do. It would be the "not too poor man's version" of Nelson/Stanton -> Rivera

Im sorry, but this is a HORRIBLE signing....this is the same guy who has bounced around the league on small contracts until one good year last year
this type of money spent in the pen is unacceptable, should be going towards positional players who play everyday (i.e. IFA from cuba)

As long as they sign the young FA SS from Cuba, I'm ok with this.
Oh, and bring back Robertson, who has shown to be effective for what, 4, 5 years?

Because Betences will be the closer long term and they get a pick for Robertson while still adding Miller for protection, dont forget Girardi can turn crap into an above average pen......imo Cash-man has actually made good moves this offseason, now he just needs to sign the two young Cubans and take a step back from the crappy heap of pitchers out there.

Which 2 young Cubans?
I know the 19 year old SS; which is the other - the pitcher rumored to hit 100 mph?
If those happen, I'd be happy as hell.

Yup those two. I'd be real happy too even if they don't pan out because then at least Cash is looking at other ways to build the team then signing past their peak 30 yr olds.

Yeah I think the Yankees pen will be fine. they can go an add a cheap option to the pen if they choose to. This offense and starting pitching needs help

I would expect that they will go for another late innings guy. Jason Grilli would be a good idea. He's old so you don't have to be attached to him long term but he has closer experience and he's a intense guy that strikes guys out and isn't afraid to challenge hitters.
