Bad enough to take him out? Have they said anything?

Come on seriously...we're pretty bad right now and I'm not talking based solely on this 2-1 deficit. We've lost four straight games, have a losing record, and are one game out of last place. All of this while scoring more runs than any team in MLB...

That average of innings pitched per game by the starters just went up. Sweet. Using only 60-ish pitches he should be able to go at least 2 more unless the Torre factor kicks in and Torre pulls him now to not tire him out but then use Procter for 2 innings. -Jitpal

I have not been impressed with Abreu so far..seems like everytime he comes up in a big spot, he never comes through..always grounds out or strikes out..maybe its just me though

Abreu was so great season, I'd give him time. He'll come around, as will the rest of the line-up and staff (I hope).

Kaz has one more inning left in him. He's thrown 86 pitches.
