8:45 is the start. It stopped raining but they have to clear the infield and the pitchers have to warm up. -Jitpal

gee, i wonder if it has to do with the fact that mussina just came back from the DL after one month and he pitched just 6 innings before that.

okay, so now we have no bullpen for pretty much the entire mariners series, hopefully we can even hold on to this.

He made 64 pitches. His pitch count limit before the start of the game was 80.

Will you stop at nothing to defend Torre? Torre is an awful bullpen manager.

What benefit is there to have your pitcher out there for 64 pitches? None. This was an awful move, stop defending it.

This game is just for Mussina to get back into shape and fix what ever was wrong before he went to the DL. And will you stop b-tching about Torre every single freakin game, thats all I here these days in these game threads.

I don't bitch in every game thread, so you should shut the **** up. I only bitch when it is warranted, and today it was warranted.

Moose had a 80 pitch limit as said in the pregame. It wasn't followed. How many starters who come off the DL make 64 pitches and then are taken out? Nobody. Only Joe Torre's starters.

Bruney and Henn don't need to pitch every other day.
