after joba went head huntin on kevin 'i only whine' youkulis, im pretty sure the red sox will throw at arod tomorrow....of course under giardi the yanks will retaliate....so sit down and strap up, should get interesting in the next 2 games

just my gut feeling btw....

I think its a good gut feeling. Varitek said that he and his team will "discuss" what to do about the Joba-Youkilus situation. Sounds like things can definitely escalate in the next couple of days. The way we are rolling right now, we don't need any possible injuries or suspensions or breaks in our momentum.

I'm just speculating but this might not be over. Hitting Arod, the best player on the team, in response to Youk getting thrown at is a little over the top. Hitting Abreu/Cano would be the equivalent of Joba hitting Youk.

Isn't it obvious? He is a player for the Red Sox. The only reason they didn't throw Joba out was because Youkolis fouled the ball off, if he hadn't then Joba would have been thrown out. Just watch today, if someone on the Yankees hits a Red Sox player the Yankee will get thrown out for retaliating. This is how it works. You should know better by now Kandi. -Jitpal
