Wiretap is reporting that the A's have let Fremont know they will search elsewhere for a new stadium. A lot of Fremont people were livid (have family out there) because of the enviornmentalist nutjobs and the people who complained about more traffic..

San Jose wants the A's, and the A's want San Jose. There will have to be some kind of court order for that to change though as MLB won't budge on the fact that Santa Clara County is SF Giants territory.
