That nobody wanted him shouldnt be a surprise.

Anyone have any thoughts on Alex Liddi? he's been in the Futures game a couple of times and has been hitting the heck out of the ball this year in Tacoma (3 bombs last night). It's not like we're strong at 3b and several others have been brought up with less numbers than Liddi has.

Liddi can hit a home run [or three] but his batting average and OBP are below that of an average hitter in the PCL, and his defense is terrible. Seager's a more polished hitter at this point and has a better glove. Maybe next year.
