After the Warriors game, Mavs have 9 games against non-WC PO contenders (GSW, OKC, UTA, LAL, NOP) , while the rest of the bunch will be playing each other, only the Wolves have also relatively independent schedule.
The ball is in Mavs court, they can and should pull enough wins to be 6th/7th, all they need is to get Luka and Kyrie back healthy.

That PG13 injury looks pretty bad. Might have serious implications on standings.

4-way tie, with injury status and how teams are trending, 9-way tie is very much in play in the west.

It's nice looking from the outside at the WC PO race, Ws, Wolves and Pels are tied in the loss column, Wolves are healthy at last and Pels should be getting Zion soon, it'll be a bloodbath, Clippers shouldn't get too comfy either.

Holy **** the Hornets won a nail biter. No SGA for Thunder, but they almost pulled a nice 13pt 4th quarter comeback.

Hornets trying to derail WC teams playoff hopes.
