THJ appears as illness. Could it be the way for both parties to ease him out of the rotation?

I think PJ is the key to this series.
If he has a good series defensively and can score in double digits every game, I think we have a great chance of getting to the next round.

Man IDK about having THJ.
I know he can shoot us out of games, but he also has the ability to score a lot quickly which is always a nice option to have.

I don't want him in the primary rotation, but he'd be a nice weapon to have at the end of the bench if needed.

Kawhi is officially out. Lot of pressure but they have to win

What you wrote is very conservative.. we have a great chance even with PJ not playing considering Kawhi’s issue.

Not exactly true. PJ could very well be more valuable in this series than Gafford. He's a better wing defender than DFS with much better handles but slightly worse 3pt shooting. With Kawhi out, focusing on PG13 will be the key, even though DJJ might help, he could be busy with Harden, so PJ will have a ton of work to do.

This probably means Luka on either Russ or Mann, depends who starts. But he won't need to chase Harden around risking fouls.

Oddsmakers have the Mavs as firm favourites. Would be a real letdown to not win today.

Without the Klaw, Clippers defense gets affected up and down their lineup ,Paul George has to try to slow Luka down while being the main scorer. Westbrook will have to try to be productive which I dont think he can do everygame.

Of course PJ can be more valuable than Gafford, but he needs to be more valuable than Luka to offset Clippers without Kawhi.
