RS 23/24 - Mavs @ Warriors (10PMEST)

Another 'statement' win or they run out of gas?

The Warriors are 18-19 at home.

The fourth seed is a precious commodity since that gives the team homecourt advantage at least in the first round of the playoffs. So, it’s a position the Mavs covet as they head into Tuesday’s 9 p.m. contest at the Chase Center against the Golden State Warriors.

Mavs coach Jason Kidd has discussed the crucial variables on the line with his team as they approach the regular season’s final eight games.

“Just understanding what’s at stake, and being able to talk to them about what we’re playing for,” Kidd said. “You see the defensive side has gotten better.”

*Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga (bilateral knee tendinitis) and center Dario Saric (right knee pain) will not play Tuesday, while Klay Thompson is probable with right foot tendinitis.

I'm sorry for Looney but his best friend Dwight Powell will not play.

Mavs please win this. I hate GSW in general, especially Draymond.

Powell should be added to the Mavs cheerleaders.

He already is, and he is doing great in his new role.

If Lively misses the game then its crucial for Gafford to play under control. He gets a chance to play 35 minutes if he stays out of foul trouble.

Id also like to see Exum get 30 minutes against the guard heavy Warriors (Curry,Paul,Payton Poziemski) .

My fear is Kidd will get baited into playing smallball which is GS's only chance to win. Yet GS has a plus 3.2 rebound differential and Dallas has a negative 2.3 rebound differential making a 5 rebound difference.

Just play big and physical on GS .lets not overthink this game.

Ok I have a prediction about tonight's game:

Draymond and Gafford will have a fight/conflict. Both ejected. :noway:

This doesn't mean anything as this is a complete season stat. After the trade deadline we are plus xyz

I dont mind a L for this game. Tough schedule, injuries and too too many very long distance flights.
Sacremento to Houston to SF is absymal scheduling.

I just want everyone healthy for playoffs. I think we’ll get enough wins to secure top6 at this point.

Playing Powell should be a fireable offense...he offers no threat on O ,is a liability on D, can't Grab a rebound to Save his life :banghead: :banghead:

Ok why do we put two cheerleaders on the floor at the same time? Watching Maxi and Powell together makes me feel sick.

Just a lot of dumb and selfish basketball. Move the ball. Play together.
