David Price will pitch the first inning and the lineup will have all regulars starting.

Spring is here

Cannot wait for the season to start. The rays have lost a lot of talent and practically their whole bullpen, but have replaced it with some good talent. With some luck the rays could possibly make the playoffs, not likely but definitely a possibly.

The rays could shock the world!! :)

You're right in that the Rays might be better than some think, but the bullpen is a HUGE question mark.

Offensively the Rays might be more consistent than last year, defensively not quite as good, the rotation could be really good or just average.

If things go well, the Rays might see just over 90 wins.

Definitely right on the fact that the bullpen is a huge question mark. Hopefully though the Rays starting rotation is going to be very solid late into the game.

The offense will hopefully be more consistent. The averages for everyone sucked except Longo and Crawford were horrible last year, and now Crawford is gone. Everyone is going to have to step up for the Rays and I am hoping to just enjoy the ride and maybe that ride doesn't end until October. :)

Hopefully the closer by committee doesn't last very long before someone steps up and assumes the role (McGee hopefully)

I have never been too fond of the closer by committee. Guys need to know what their roles are which in my opinion is more effective. Also McGee definitely has the stuff to close and hopefully he does become the closer. He just needs to work on a secondary pitch because he already has an amazing fastball.
