Jarrod Saltalamacchia is going to the DL. Manager Ron Washington isn't happy. Not that Saltalamacchia is hurt - again - but rather in the way Saltalamacchia handled notifying the team about an injury in the same area as the one that cost him 10 days of spring training.

The Rangers are purchasing the contract of C Matt Treanor and will have to make a move on their 40-man roster.
Looks like Salty is going to hurt the Rangers in more ways than one with this stunt. I also wonder if he is really hurt or if he has the yips and they are just trying to hide it?
