Offense showed up but the starting pitching uhm well... Davis had a great game and it might be time for Andruw Jones to start playing alot more if the Rangers can move Byrd for a reliever.

if jennings keeps it up he may prove to be a somewhat reliable reliever (only one we can definitively say we have now is frankie)

if kinsler tags on youngs near hit in the 9th we probably tie up the game, baserunning error on his part and he owned up to it after the game. that double steal washington called in the 9th was stupid and he was lucky murphy was safe at 2nd (could very well have been out)

im anxious and excited to see what mccarthy can do today, his new slurve looked great last outing but with an inconsistent strike zone from the ump and poor fastball location led to him being done after 5 innings.

Well Rangers run themselves out of a win. Kinsler getting caught stealing in the 1st right before Youngs homerun really came back and bit this team. McCarthy with a solid start and Wilson had a nice performance to follow. Early but this teams mistakes have now cost them 3 games so far not exactly excited to see Benson pitching tonight after his last beati... I mean performance.

dont forget young being thrown out at home on a hamilton double

benson wasnt completely terrible, detroit didnt hit him all that hard (until the cabrera grand slam) watch him put up a decent performance tonight (like 5 or 6 innings 3 or 4 runs given up) but the offense fails to show up again
