That is all nice but will either accept it? I really hope they do don't get me wrong but I know Byrd can get more money on the market but can Pudge?

cant believe the nationals gave pudge 6 million over the next 2 years, lol at them, fine by me gives us another draft pick

and with us unlikely to resign byrd that'll give us another draft pick and assuming we wont be able to afford signing a high profile free agent (we wont) we'll be having 5 picks in the 1st 2 rounds

Boras is a genius or a crook getting that much dough out of nats. Byrd to be signed elsewhere by Friday according to Uncle Norm.

Looks like the Cubs are about sign Byrd to a 3 year deal.
