I think the only hope now is that Guerrero and Bichette are working together to get the management axed. They can't be this bad really. If they do get the leadership fired maybe they will start getting serious and play better.

Davis Schneider benched for a washed up KK who has recorded only 3 hits this season. Springer remains in leadoff. Vogelbach and Biggio in the Lineup for some reason. Bo at 5. This is the kind of decision making that gets a person fired.

It's unfathomable to me that Davist and Ernie get benched for the likes of KK and Biggio. I'm honestly done with this franchise. I'll only be watching to see them lose from now on. I don't care anymore. Burn the mothereffer down! I wanna see scorched earth!

Back to the bench for Davis once again with KK back, please just trade him to some team that he can help win

Davis and his 131 OPS+ belong on the bench most of the time, apparently. Too much hitting on this team, a 131 OPS+ can't crack the lineup.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

God.. considering just a few years back in 21' we had Semien, Hernandez and Gurriel Jr.. all three had tremendous years it felt like the offense was perennial. They did not retain the services of Semien and it seems to have cursed their remaining offense.

Davis has a 133 wRC+ this year and 160 wRC+ career but the Jays FO needs to see more

Davis 7th in baseball in wRC+ since he entered the league, just ahead of Judge and Alvarez. Not enough though, he needs to be Shohei level for this FO

Zero hustle by Vlad to break up double play, but bailed out by mistake.

Vlad jogging again on one of his double play balls, no consequences from this organization

Not excusing his disgusting lack of effort, but that was a hard hit grounder right at the 2nd baseman. That was as tailor made double play as you can get. 99.9% of the time that is easily turned. Dont really blame him for thinking he was an easy double play.

You run that out and try to force a mistake (the Nats have now made 2 of them on 2 DP balls this inning). It really isn't that hard to give a decent effort in 4 ABs a game in baseball.

Gotta love having Biggio in the lineup over Davis

He pulls the ball and barrels it. He’s not hitting singles the other way like he’s being told to. Clearly not a team player.

Offensive issues solved.
Have opponents make 3 errors an inning and we will have one hell of an offence.

Vlad decided to run on his latest double play ball and the shortstop tried to rush the throw and didn't get it off, amazing how that works

Jays easily have the worst OPS with runners in scoring position, a very important stat. And it shows.

Semien is the exact opposite of Springer.Semien would get hits/hrs,and get us going like he is now in Texas.Maybe we would have done better with him still here.

On an unrelated note, that Rybelsus commercial is atrocious. Can't decide what's worse, that commercial or Shatkins.
