Yeah, this is why I keep arguing that we can win a title with Charlie as manager. He could also absolutely cost us one, because he's the worst tactical manager I have ever witnessed by a mile, but even intentional sabotage is challenging in a sport as high-variance as baseball.

He fed the Sox a lefty vs Zimmer matchup just to show we can score 4 runs while giving away an out.

We are 11-3 when Polo makes the game thread. We are 19-17 when one of us scrubs do it instead. Polo4lyfe.

30-20 after 50

We didnt even play all that great until recently.

The offense will be even better when Montoyo comes to his senses more, and has both Jansen and Kirk in the lineup on a regular basis. When one of them is not catching, that other person should be the DH.

The next test will be when we start facing AL East teams again. We know this team can beat up everyone else/

I mean, it took an 8 game win streak to get us there. But yeah, I'll take it, especially with how the season started. Now we just need to keep it going.

It was really just 1 bad stretch against the Yanks/'Dians/Yanks that set us back. It was a 2-7 swoon followed directly by a 1-2 series loss v the Rays.

Things really broke our way at the start of the season and during our recent run. We have outperformed our run differential to this point,,, hopefully if Vlad and Teo and Bo and Chappy pick it up a bit, we can continue our current pace without having to win every game by 1 run.
Is anybody here a marine biologist?

And we get 2 compensation picks (67-80 range) of 2022 draft in addition to those positive war differentials

No. Stop it. Zimmer is a future HOF.
