What a win. 9-2 in one run games.

Romano's going to end up getting MVP votes because we're constitutionally incapable of winning a game by more than a run.

The second-most winnery team is the Rays, with 6 one-run wins. We now have 9. We only had 15 last year.

They will be mentally drained by july if this rate of tight games continues, but i'll take the win.

Probably would help if we got to play Baltimore, Cleveland, and Kansas City in a row instead of Boston and Houston for 13 games straight. This will pay dividends later though.

Jays without Tapia: 5/10 winneryness.

Jays with Tapia: 12/10 winneryness.

The numbers don't lie, folks.

So we just played four straight series vs the Red Sox and Astros, won every series, and went 9-4.

Another 1-run win.

Far too early to talk of such things, but Springer is playing like an MVP candidate so far.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Yeah, a bunch of 1-run wins against the Os, Warriors and Royals is definitely something to look forward to. 110 wins incoming.

Cannot remember the Jays winning so many one run games in the first month of the season. A great sign for the rest of the season, especially with the tough schedule they have for the first month.

I cannot say enough about Alejandro Kirk's excellent job at pitch framing behind the plate. It bought a lot of strikes for the Jays pitchers, in key situations throughout the game. Felt like a playoff atmosphere at the Rogers Centre.
