Chapman just gives them two runs now defensively to get them right back in the game. Pathetic.

The answer is already game 3 - and the 2nd inning is not even over.
Ugly stuff out there.

Buck blaming his finger sprain is really funny

Nobody cares man. These games are way too important.

It's honestly hard to see this team ever succeeding in the playoffs (if they somehow make it) for a lot of reasons, but Chapman at the plate/in the field in big situations is one of them.

This team is honestly pathetic, they’re not serious about winning

Whoever signs Chapman this off-season is going to have a miserable time. And Vladdy is in for a rude awakening when he sees his contract go to Bo

Chapman having one of the most bizarre seasons ever. He's probably gonna win another gold glove and leads 3rd baseman in fWAR and it's felt insanely disappointing. This Jays team overall just makes 0 sense.

Have never seen anybody choke at the plate as much as this guy has.

Sadly before this year he was flat across all leverage situations (around .800 in each)

Something is clearly going on in his head right now - he is sad in critical situations.
And while no other Jay has such a gross split, I think the trend of poorer play in High vs Low is far from unique.

Ryu has come back at exactly the right time. No need to watch manoah throes away games anymore.

19 basis point difference in OPS between Kiermaier and Vlad. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me to see Kiermaier catch Vlad by the end of the year.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Management should probably get some credit for signing Belt. He's had a great season and there was certainly no guarantees of that coming off his injury plagued 2022.

Its sad stuff man. What happened to this guy? At the very least you'd think his eagle eye would've translated to the majors but even that has disappeared.
