Sunday's loss was still the worst in this streak. Schneider just threw the game away using the team's worst reliever (Bass) in a 3 run lead in the 8th for some reason.

Other than John tho the pitching has been awful since Gausman Saturday. You can't win many games give up so many runs and also blowing 2+ run leads every night.

Great maybe this will get rained out and they should just call it a game.

Nope, instead we're gonna burn Pearson just to get through the game (who is apparently our 3rd best RP despite having no command of anything).

I wouldn't be worried about the Rays. This team doesn't look like even can even catch the Orioles.

It's now 4 straight games that we've given up 6+ runs. Embarrassing.

It's time to move on from Pete Walker (it's been time for a while). It seems every pitcher that we sign/trade for regresses when they get here (and now Manoah was seemingly forgotten how to pitch too). Maybe it's a coincidence, but we have to try something.

The last time the Jays had this good a start was in 2009. They promptly went into Fenway in May, got swept, and completely collapsed to a 75 win season.

Appears to be happening again.

Manoah will be fine. He was hurt after that line-drive and Schneider cant take him out with that ego.

The amount of multi run leads we've blown recently is so **** nuts. Wtf is ghis pitching staff man. We legitimately have like 3 of the best hitters in baseball right now and are losing all these games because of pitching. **** come on guy.

Every team goes through a losing streak. We'll be fine. Right guys?

Looks like Tampa is for real. They are running away with the division right now. Looks like we might have to settle for a wild card spot, hopefully..

Tampa is good but they’ve still only played us and Houston and lost both series. All the other teams they’ve played are not good. They’ve played 3 games each against Washington, Detroit, Cincinnati and Oakland and have already played 7 games against the White Sox. That’s 19 games against the dregs of the league.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

and they played almost the same amount of home games as the jays have as road games.

i mean probably blame the Rogers Center renos probably for that start to the season
