So, uh, Brandon Belt?

Really hoping this is just a start of season funk; it's tough to do much when you're missing the ball so much.

You need aliteration though. Was talking about this to my partner last night. I proposed.

Bronze Ball - for the players with the best arms at each position.
Ferrous Footwear - for the player at each position who runs the bases the best.

looks like we're bringing in a left masher for the next series, lets hope he's not the right handed version of Belt lol.

seems his timing is way off.

Well they're not gonna cut him and his $9M loose based on a week's worth of ABs. If he looks like this a month in, though, they are going to have a decision to make.

He legitimately looks like Zimmer at the plate right now.

I'm surprised at the amount of opposite field hits. Did we change hitting coach?

Zero earned runs, and a loss.

Was so disappointing to see that 0-1 0.00ERA statline at the start of the game.

Wins and losses don't matter too much for cy young these days. ERA, batting average, whip

Yeah I'd still give Belt a month I think he can hit well at Roger's Centre. I have faith in him as a hitter.

I've seen enough Richards the past 2 seasons. We have better options than this guy.

Now we've got Mayza again with the game on the line against RHBs. Cool.

If Tim Mayza was right handed he would not be in the MLB
