His hand is probably broke. Likely a microfracture - painful enough that's he's done for the rest of the year.

It sucks for sure.

The Jays bullpen has only given up 36 ER in 105.2 IP (3.07 ERA) since the start of August.

It's also just a tad better if you don't include Kikuchi: 31 ER in 98.1, a 2.84 ERA.
