Tapia runs so slow. There’s a piano on his back.

Berrios getting hit around again. Could he maybe not completely blow up this time so the game stays interesting?

Bo just a distraction. Either try to catch it or get the heck out of the way. You bluffed your teammates.

does Bichette know how to throw a baseball? jesus christ man. My 5 year old can throw straighter than that. How many times is he gonna do this before coaches realize its a problem? Maybe he needs glasses like Wild Thing in Major League.

The first play this inning was not on Bichette (one of Springer or Hernandez need to be running for and catching that baseball), but it's becoming quite clear that this team needs to target an actual shortstop in the offseason. He makes far, far too many mistakes on routine plays to play that position adequately.

When things get real in the playoffs. Espinal at SS. Bo at 2nd.

I used to think pro sports was cutthroat. About winning. I realized even pro sports cares about the ego of the guy with the reputation.

Bo's fielding is arguably great, his arm is not great.

I doubt Espinal even plays in the playoffs. Bichette is going to start at SS and Merrifield will probably be starting nearly every game at 2B.

Well, Springer did pull up well in advance. If Bo doesn’t have an actual bead on it, he needs to vacate. And early.

Only down 2 through 5 with Berrios on the mound?
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.
