Jays got what they deserved there. Might as well just leave Bassitt in now for his 100 pitches and give up 10+ runs.

Bassitt coming out for some reason now, so the Jays are about to hurt their chances for tomorrow and Thursday.

Was calling them the scariest team in the league when they won 52 games for a reason

Should use position players for the 8th and 9th don't waste the bullpen
I could see Espinal pitching , and maybe that other infielder they just called up

A very raptors-esque, getting hits when the game is long since decided. Great job boys!

This season has been a nightmare. Vladimir guerreros power is gone. I don't even watch the games anymore I'm just checking the box scores and it's honestly sad times. Chapman has regressed to his norms. Pitching minus gausman is whatever. Man oh man oh man.

AL East definitely a lot tougher when we don't get the free wins against the Orioles anymore.

Our 2015-16 teams buried the East with our 3 big boppers.I dont see any boppers except for Bo right now.

How much is Vlad, a no power solid hitter 1B worth? The only silver lining is maybe we can resign him long term for cheap, but that’s about it. We desperately need Springer/Kirk, 2 of our best hitters last year to regain their form. If we aren’t letting Kirk hit everyday, and he isn’t hitting well, we should have traded Kirk instead. At least Moreno throws people out, even if he has 0 power.

Also please stop playing Espinal. I don’t remember the last time he hit anything that isn’t a ground ball

It's gonna be extremely hard to put together a solid 6-10 game winning streak with this team. Between the huge falloff in pitching quality after Gausman and Basitt, and the horrendous hitting, we'll be lucky to stay above 500 this season.

Gentlemen. This sucks.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Espinal will be traded, so they have to give him pt every couple days for trade value purposes. (Now is his play bringing up his value or tanking it, I don't know lol)
