Never mind, it's not over. If there's anyone who can allow 6 runs in an inning, it's Thomas Hatch

It already is one now. They have to bring a good reliever in (which is apparently Yimi).

I have faith that Hatch is quite capable of blowing this. He's not a major league pitcher.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Why is Biggio sticking so close to the runner even if he is off the bag.... its a 4 run lead FFS.

How did Hatch even get back on this team anyway?

That was atrocious. They're one batter away now from Robert tying this. If that's the best Hatch can do in that spot, he can't be taking up a major league roster spot.

Hatch was atrocious. Do not need this scrub taking up a roster spot.

The ugliest half inning with a 6 run lead I've seen in awhile lol

Francis is way more dependable than Hatch. Hatch is a walking disaster whenever he comes on

Great news - Hatch was able to keep his pitch count down to 15. He could be available to come back for more entertainment in Game 2.

Game 1 was a bummer for the White Sox.

Are they literally going to play the next game with no break in between?

Who was the knucklehead at MLB scheduling that did this?

F*cking idiot.

That was the way they used to do all the double headers. Some of my favourite memories were going to DH's in games in the 80s

And they still do some like this today, especially for teams that don't have high attendance.

Sort of surprised they did not have a reliever promoted between games... they certainly would not have had a hard time determining who to demote.

Orioles are crushing the Yankees 12-0 through 4 innings. If the Jays win the Second Game, it means a tie for the Wild Card. Quite an achievement given how atrocious this team has been offensively.

Well, here's hoping game two looks more like inning 11, and not innings 1-10
