Effin Schneider man. It doesn't take rocket science to know you shouldn't rush or put a guy coming from rehab in that situation. Could've used the regular guys like Yimi or Chad Green to close the game. We also got lucky yesterday with Romano who had no business closing it as well.

Schneider literally made the same stupid decision in back to back games, he just didn't get burned on it the first time. Romano and Swanson both weren't pitching well in their rehab assignments. Why they were thrown right into save situations against a division rival has to be asked, but probably won't be. I guess if green wasn't available then it was either Swanson or Mayza to close it, and I probably would have chosen Mayza given the circumstances (though that might have failed too).
