Rockies (41-47) @ Nats (45-44)

Post#1 » by Rafael122 » Fri Jul 8, 2011 1:05 pm

Nats won 3 out of 4 against the Cubs and welcome the Rockies into town. They were missing Carlos Gonzalez and Troy for a few days but it looks like CarGo will be back in the lineup tonight and TT will come back either Saturday or Sunday. They are struggling though, having lost 11 out of their last 13.

John Lannan vs. Jason Hammel tonight.

BTW, good chance this game may get rained out, we're suppose to get like heavy rain throughout the night.

Thanks for the heads up on the rain...

Excited to see the Rockies, they have a good squad.

Don't see how they get the game in tonight.

It's raining buckets now (4:00 p.m.) in MoCo.

With the tying run on third (and one on first), only one out...I just KNEW that you'd hit into a game-ending double play, Werth.

According to ESPN gamecast, you were .176 in your last 7 games. It's to the point where I wish Matt Stairs had been up instead of you.

SMH.

Looking back, we could probably 3-4 games over .500 right now at minimum but I'll take a .500 record heading into the All Star break.

Am i seeing this correctly? Nats are a game over .500 and it's the All star break!? What is going on in the capital city? Wow Rockies...disappointing. Nats should beat em'.
