Astros (4-5) @ Nats (7-3)

Post#1 » by Rafael122 » Mon Apr 16, 2012 1:33 pm

Astros will most likely end up being one of the worse teams in baseball, so the Nats shouldn't have a lot of trouble winning the series and possibly even sweeping.

Stephen Strasburg is on the mound tonight to take on Kyle Weiland. Attendance will be very interesting, Game 3 of the Caps/Bruins series is tonight so I wonder what attendance will be like for this game and Wednesday's game (which I'm going to by the way, managed to snag 4 tickets in Section 106 for $22).

Im going to the game tonight, cant wait to see Strasburg in action live for the first time. I think the attendance will be a bit iffy since the Caps play and there coming off that win Saturday which was great. Chinatown will be packed tonight

Chinatown will be packed, and Southwest will be packed as well. I noticed they put in a Subway and Five Guys just a block or two away from the stadium. And also they seem to have stores now across the street from the Navy Yard metro? Not sure, that looked interesting.

There's gonna be a ton of new upscale restaurants coming in the next two years down by Nats Park.

These games are hilarious. Went to the game last night and for a while we thought it might be done in two hours.

Nats starters can take them to the playoffs alone.

Jordan Zimmermann tonight. Hope it doesn't continue to rain, I get to get on the field pre-game if it doesn't...

I'm suppose to go as well. Section 108. It's suppose to rain off and on, nothing heavy, but just light showers. Sucks because yesterday the weather was nice, and tomorrow it will be in the low 70s. LOL.

Nats can't get the sweep, but it's hard to complain. Four series completed, only one loss in each.

Didn't know this, but before the Astros' hit-fest last night, Nats pitchers were holding opponents to a .191 average. :o
